Delete your data
Open Settings and use Delete all data. It removes the index, faces, collections and preferences from the phone. Uninstalling the app has the same effect. Your photos and videos are never touched by either action. Pixel Gallery keeps no account and no server-side copy, so there is nothing else to delete.
Premium purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play. Use Restore purchase in the app after reinstalling or switching phones with the same Google account. Refund requests go through Google Play.
Before you report a bug
- Note the app version from Settings → About and your phone model.
- Check the Media Processing screen if a feature seems empty; the relevant step may still be running.
