Name, Merge and Link People to Contacts
Accept merge suggestions, split a wrong face into a new person, pin or hide people, and link a person to a phone contact.

Open People
The People screen lists every group the on-device pipeline found. Unnamed groups come first.

Name a person
Open a group, tap the name field and type. Names stay on the phone and become searchable.

Accept or dismiss merge suggestions
When two groups look like the same person, a suggestion appears. Accept to merge or dismiss to keep them apart.

Split a wrong face
Open a person, select the faces that do not belong and choose Split. They become a new person.

Link a contact
On a person's page choose Link contact. The app asks for the contacts permission only now. Call, message and email shortcuts appear.
Pin and hide
Pin the people you look for most to keep them on top. Hide a person to remove them from the People screen without deleting any photo; unhide them from Settings.
Cover photo
Choose any photo of the person as their cover from the person’s page.
